"My Virtual Girlfriend is REAL world Creepy...."

Yes, I was a bit taken back by the title myself when i read it here:

Wow-, My game, "My Virtual Girlfriend" demoralizing humanity and giving rise to power all the perverts and degenerates of the world.  Who would have thought?  All i tried to accomplish was to create a simple entertainment app designed to be a little bit of flirt and humor, that was all.  

The way she makes it sound, The Antichrist would be proud of me!


I don't have so much a problem with her opinion of it.  She's a female and she's not the audience the game was intended.

I do have to clear the air here though, the game is just a game and nothing more.  Its not intended to be a replacement to a real girl.  Women are far more too complex than anything we could design on an iphone.  It's just a simple entertainment app with some light game mechanics.   It is intended for guys to laugh a little at the girl behaviors, and perhaps pass some time.

I do have to give her credit for actually taking a moment to play it- before writing a review on the game, even though It's from the skewed perspective of pissed off female journalist, who isn't really finding the humor in it.


At the end of the article Ms. Benedetti went on to say:  "Personally, if you're really in need of some faux companionship, I recommend you give "My Virtual Cat" a try. After all, if a real woman finds that app on your phone, she might think it means you're loving and attentive ... rather than totally creepy."
